1. Proper correspondence with Figure Fanatic must be made via phone or email within 48 hours of receipt of your package if you wish to return your merchandise for any reason.

2. All items must be returned within 15 days of receipt and with accompanying proof of purchase (copy of the internet order and credit card receipt).

3. All returns MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorization number (received from FigureFanatic) in order to be accepeted as valid return.
