Acceptance of Terms of Use
By visiting, using, or browsing FigureFanatic.com you accept and agree
to be bound to these terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms of use
DO NOT use FigureFanatic.com’s web site.
Changes to Terms of Use
FigureFanatic referred to as FF from here out reserves the right to change,
modify, or alter these terms of use at any time it sees fit without any notice
of any kind given to anyone. By viewing FF.com you agree to be bound by such changes.
The most current version supersedes all previous versions.
Privacy
Any and all information submitted to FF.com is subject to our privacy
policy, please review our privacy policy for full details.
PAYMENTS
It is FF's policy to take payment for all orders when the order is placed. If you are placing an order that contains items yet to be released, your payment will guarantee your place in line for when we receive our shipments. If you are concered about making payment for items not yet released, you may put your order in using the Check / Money Order option. Using this option will simply assist us in obtaining a proper count when we place our preorder, but given the limited quantity we receive for each series, only making a payment will guarantee your items will be sent when we recieve our shipment.
SHIPMENTS
It is FF's policy to only send out an order once it is complete. If an order is placed that contains 'Pre-Order' items, the order will be held until all items are in hand and ready for shipment. If you as a customer would like your order to be sent out in multiple shipments as the items are released, you may make a special request in the 'comment' section of the order form to have a seperate invoice sent to you for the necessary additional shipping. Disclaimers of warranties and limitations on liability
The FF.com web site and its contents are provided “as is” and we make no
representations or warranties of any kind with respect to FF.com web site
or its contents. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors
or omissions in the content of the FF.com web site any failures, delays or
interruptions in the delivery of any content contained on the FF.com web
site, any loses or damages arising from the use of the content we provide
on the FF.com web site, or any conduct by the users of the FF.com web site.
We disclaim all representations and warranties, including, for example,

in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner
that disparages or discredits FF. All other trademarks not owned by FF
that appear on FF.com web site are the property of their respective owners,
who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by FF.
Any indications of endorsement of any particular product or our service unless
specifically indicated.
Use of Information Submitted
FF is free to use any comments, information, ideas, concepts, reviews, or
techniques contained in any communication you may send to the FF.com Web
site without further compensation, acknowledgment or payment to you for any
purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing
and marketing products and creating, modifying or improving the FF.com Web
site or other Web sites. Furthermore, by posting any information on our site,
you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display, use, reproduce

submissions constitute your agreement and intent to be bound by this Agreement.
Pursuant to any applicable statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws,
including without limitation the United States Electronic Signatures in Global
and National Commerce Act, P.L. 106-229 (the "E-Sign Act") or other similar statutes,
YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS AND OTHER
RECORDS AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS
INITIATED OR COMPLETED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
Further, you hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations,
rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature
or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of
credits by other than electronic means.
Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to terminate any purchase made or restrict your use of our service,
without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.
